Trained in Art Psychotherapy at Roehampton University in 2021, Lilly discovered that painting not only supported her own self-reflection but also deepened her understanding of the therapeutic process. Her art practice and psychotherapy work are closely intertwined—each informing the other.
Lilly also holds a Family Therapy Certificate from the Psychotherapy Institute and has completed the Essentials Course in Psychosynthesis at the Psychosynthesis Trust, as well as a couples therapy masterclass through Human Givens, further enhancing her therapeutic approach.
Lilly supports children, young people, and adults through bereavement, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, Lilly works with a psychodynamic and trauma-informed approach, using creativity as a powerful tool for connection and emotional processing.
Lilly’s work is a dialogue between the natural world and human experience. Inspired by nature and the landscapes around her, she creates mixed-media pieces with layered pigments and materials that feel both sculptural and ephemeral, inviting quiet reflection. Her intuitive, gesture-led process often evolves into the unexpected, an openness that mirrors her practice as an Art Psychotherapist.
Her artwork has been exhibited in galleries across London and the South East, and she currently runs weekly art workshops as artist-in-residence at Riverstone Living in Fulham, Kensington and Bishops Avenue.
